The staff were VERY friendly and always willing to help. I felt welcome.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing WASN'T great. I could hear noise from other rooms and the courtyard every morning. It really disrupted my sleep.

The staff was super friendly. I got a complimentary 10-minute massage in reception. the welcome kids received was wonderful. They participated in activities with flowers. our room felt spacious.
