I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai. The rooms were comfortable and lavish, although the balcony faced a large building wall, which was not ideal. The service was warm and eager to please, going beyond their call of duty. The location is excellent, situated in the quieter western edge of the Old City, close to wat Phra Singh temple. The dining experience was amazing with a variety of delicious options, but could offer more choices for the western palate.
The hotel offers spacious and spotlessly clean rooms with a mini-bar for free use and a nice jacuzzi type bath tub at the neighboring quality spa. The service is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful for every little thing. The location is convenient, close to everything in the old town, and with good spa facilities nearby. The dining experience could improve with more fruit choices, although light snacks are available. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a prime location.
Upon arrival, the room was slightly hot, so I recommend staff turn on the air conditioning prior to guests' check-in. The room was clean, smelled great, and was neatly organized. It was a beautiful and spacious room that was impeccably clean.
